We combine your selected workflows, activity frequency and current-effort assumptions with HELM's manual-effort benchmarks. The model also accounts for expected HELM-assisted work, adoption and onboarding effort. The resulting figures are indicative estimates, not guaranteed savings.
Where do HELM's benchmarks come from?
HELM maintains internal manual-effort benchmarks for supported strategic workflows. These benchmarks are used within the platform's Value Delivered reporting to estimate the manual equivalent of completed work. You can adjust the assumptions to reflect your own team's experience.
Is this a measure of actual financial savings?
Not necessarily. The calculator estimates the economic equivalent of potential analytical capacity released.
